A result can become persistent context, available to other tools and returned to the process that produced it. Over successive iterations, the system begins to work with an increasingly structured record of its own activity.

A significant part of the capability lies in how the components are connected. Persistent state, accessible context and feedback allow work to accumulate across tools and tasks. The consequences can reach beyond faster execution: an application can contribute to the process through which its own form is developed.

Saganode provides a concrete example. Brand knowledge from a marketing repository was structured into a Brand Universe using Codex. That context was then retrieved through MCP, the Model Context Protocol, and used in a design process involving the Vision Wizard, Codex, Figma and human decisions. Knowledge stored inside Saganode helped inform a new interface for Saganode itself.

The application indirectly participated in its own design.

The Collapse of Narrative Control: How Generative AI Turns Marketing Against Itself

A car leaves a ramp, turns in the air and lands. For its manufacturer, the image says: we are building the future. For a skeptic, the same image can say: we are turning an unresolved product story into a stunt.

The footage has not changed. Its meaning has.

Tesla’s October 15, 2026 Roadster demonstration provides a timely example. But the larger story concerns every organization investing in spectacular communication: the tools that make its message easier to produce also make competing interpretations easier to manufacture.

Generative AI erodes the production asymmetry between those who manufacture narratives and those who challenge them. It does not distribute attention equally or erase corporate power. It makes a polished visual response accessible to many more people.
